About Us
Format.ie is based on the very beautiful north west coast of Sligo. We design and build websites and applications with a splash of end user training thrown in. We have over 13 years' experience working on web related projects.
Jonathan grew up in Mullaghmore on the northwest coast of Sligo and first worked with 'the web' in '1995' as an in house trainer with Unilever Plc at their head office in London. Training staff on the use of Netscape version 2, led to training users on NetObjects Team Fusion for maintaining intranet sites. Jonathan has worked on web related projects in Ireland, the UK, France and Holland.
Lisa, a graduate from Oxford Brookes University with a Degree in French and German with Business Studies, has worked for INSEAD in Paris, Rochefort, and spent the last 20 years working in London for ITV, financial, legal and commercial organisations primarily concentrating on marketing, PR and business development in addition to utilising her skills in proof-reading documentation.

Format.ie can work with designers and agencies to help turn visual designs into well coded working sites. We are comfortable working in a LAMP set-up.

Training
With over 13 years' IT training experience in London, in both Internet and office related products, we are well placed to offer end user training. This can be carried out in a classroom environment or as 1 to 1 modules.
